In this web site you will be able to schedule a massage with Sandra, who has been practicing massage full time in Napa since 1989. Your session will include pre-assessment and concerns, followed by a one-hour therapeutic session that addresses those concerns.
The therapeutic modalities available to you are:
Deep Tissue:
Is also very therapeutic for people who like a thorough massage session that addresses tight shoulders, stiff back and hips due to muscle tension. People who have migraines, tingling in hands and fingers, and over all achy muscles, like this deeper work. $90.00
Neuromuscular Reintegration:
Helps to relieve pain associated with headache, stiff or painful joints and muscles, and the fatigue associated with impaired movement. $125.00
Gentle Therapeutic Massage:
A gentle calming therapeutic massage. This work is very relaxing, very helpful for people who need to “get better sleep,” it helps to relax jaw tension, wonderful for elder care, Fibromyalgia, or for those who just like a more gentle therapy. $90 per session
Senior Massage is $75.00
Children are $65.00

Foot Reflexology:
I call the feet a roadmap to the rest of the body. From the feet, I can ascertain much of the pain centers in the muscular and vital organ systems. I most always start with the feet when I am doing a full body massage. $65.00
Resonating Field Work:
This work can be done in my office, hospitals, and even acute treatment centers etc. It includes very gentle trigger point touch and non-touch. It helps to balance opposing tension areas in the body. This work is usually done fully clothed. It is also part of every session provided by Sandra. $90.00
